From a reviewer’s perspective, Where2Go targets high-volume delivery operations by presenting a large set of delivery and pickup locations on a map for drivers. The need to refresh these locations daily is accommodated by generating new maps on a regular schedule.

 <li>Data integration: Maps can be populated from an uploaded file containing addresses and related information through a web-based portlet, or the system can retrieve data automatically from a configured server.</li>
 <li>Timekeeping: The development process identified the requirement to monitor driver time. A timekeeping function records clock-in/clock-out events, route start/finish, and breaks, with these timestamps exportable to a downloadable spreadsheet for payroll and accounting.</li>
 <li>Real-time location access: Route managers can locate a driver’s position on demand via the manager portal. Real-time visibility is available to users with portal access, and the portal also supports adding/removing drivers, changing passwords, and viewing login activity.</li>
</ul>

The system is designed to be usable for both drivers and managers, delivering necessary functionality without unnecessary complication. It emphasizes essential capabilities such as daily map creation, time tracking for payroll, and on-demand vehicle location.

Evaluation note: Where2Go addresses common operational needs in high-volume delivery contexts, but its effectiveness depends on reliable data feeds and network conditions. Data accuracy, device GPS quality, and user access controls will influence real-world performance.
