• Real-time location access: Route managers can locate a driver’s position on demand via the manager portal. Real-time visibility is available to users with portal access, and the portal also supports adding/removing drivers, changing passwords, and viewing login activity.

The system is designed to be usable for both drivers and managers, delivering necessary functionality without unnecessary complication. It emphasizes essential capabilities such as daily map creation, time tracking for payroll, and on-demand vehicle location.

Evaluation note: Where2Go addresses common operational needs in high-volume delivery contexts, but its effectiveness depends on reliable data feeds and network conditions. Data accuracy, device GPS quality, and user access controls will influence real-world performance.
